At DamLab, we are dedicated to getting your order out the door as quickly as possible. Every order is packed with care in-house by our team in Shenzhen, China. We do not outsource fulfillment, ensuring that your Kendama is handled properly from our hands to yours.

Processing: Most orders placed on business days are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed tracking information.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Standard International Shipping: Estimated 15 - 25 business days. (Depending on your location and local customs processing).
Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Estimated 7 - 12 business days.
Please note: These are estimates based on transit averages. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to international customs procedures.

Please be aware that any duties, customs, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. It is normal for international tracking to take a few days to update while the package is in transit between countries

If an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For standard exchanges (ordering the wrong model, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping arrangements.

We are happy to replace any products that arrive damaged or defective.

Wear and Tear: Please note that dents, chips, and paint wear are a normal part of playing Kendama and are not covered under warranty.
Return Window: We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your Kendama must be unopened, unplayed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
